Events in Tel Aviv are often held in spaces never designed as venues: rooftops, studios, lofts, coworking floors. That changes the logistics entirely — narrow lifts, no equipment store, sometimes no parking nearby. We work in the city enough to ask the right questions up front: lift width, unloading distance, number of available sockets. Access, setup and travel

No travel fee within Gush Dan. Setup starts an hour to ninety minutes before your guests, and we agree the unloading point and power supply with the venue manager in advance.
